COMPETENT PERSON

The Competent Person ensures that all high-risk and controlled activities are performed safely and in compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. This role requires sound technical judgment, hands-on supervision, and coordination with Safety and Operations teams to maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Heights, Lifting, etc.)
• Inspect job sites prior to work to identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Supervise ongoing activities to ensure permit conditions and safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and HSE Officers during task briefings and permit closures.
• Verify personnel competence, PPE readiness, and equipment certifications before job start.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

• Certified or recognized as a Competent Person for relevant activities (e.g., Lifting, Confined Space, Hot Work).
• Familiar with safety management systems and PTW (Permit to Work) processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and situational awareness skills.
• Experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial site(EDC operations preferred).

CIVIL ENGINEER / MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering preferrably licensed with relevant experience.
• With knowledge of Mechanical design, drawing, AutoCAD Applicaiton, Evaluation.
• With Experience in preparing project estimates and overseeing project implementations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or computer skills.
• With good communication skills.
• With COSH Certificate is an advantage.
• Must be pro-active, well-organized and capable of multitasking.
• Project to handle- Geothermal Power Plant located in Ormoc.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Female
• Graduate of any 4 yr course (open for fresh grad)
• With mandatory requirements
• Medical Cert (Fit to Work)
• Clerical Support
• Wiling to be assigned in Talisay City Cebu

LIASON

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course or undergraduate who is willing to learn is welcome to apply
• Honest and Hardworking
• Preferably MALE who knows how to drive Motorcycle with driver’s license 1,2
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Knows how to process Business permit, BIR Registration, SSS, PHIC and Pag-ibig Registration / Banks transaction
• Team player, with the ability to multi-task as well as flexible and can work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Knows how to automatic / manual vehicle

TOOL KEEPER

The Tool Keeper ensures the proper safekeeping, issuance, and maintenance of all tools and equipment within the workshop and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Issue and receive tools based on project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspection and calibration checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tool room.

WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST

Our Warehouse Specialist plays a vital role in managing material flow, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting logistics operations for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and dispatch materials efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and project teams.
• Ensure warehouse safety and order at all times.

HSE COORDINATOR

The HSE Coordinator promotes a strong safety culture by implementing, monitoring, and improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in investigations.
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory HSE requirements.
